Hannah is a self-proclaimed Tom-Boy. She can hit a baseball better than most boys her age, in a fight I'm sure she'd win & she's the fastest runner in the 5th grade. At our house she owns maybe two dresses and if given the choice she'd probably never pick one. I bought this dress for Easter because I thought she might actually wear it. The racks were filled with purple this, lace that, pink in every shade possible. At the back of the rack was this dress, green and black and just her size, the only one I might add. I also bought her some simple white sandals and brought them home. She said she like it and that she would try it on. When I told her I wanted to get some pictures of her in it.......... she moaned. I knew it was coming so I was prepared...lol. Next weekend I did her hair and she got dressed up. She wanted to know how long it would take and I told her it would be quick and painless, I promise! The first 10 pictures or so she faked her smile. Somewhere between picture 15 and 30 her smiled changed and I KNEW she was having fun ( a thought I kept to myself : p ). There is just something about a pretty dress that makes us feel beautiful. When we finished she asked is that all you wanna take? LOL.... So much for being a little Tom-Boy!
